- The client had a traditional physical button operated Audio Video Multiplexer. They wanted to make it IoT enabled with full fledged Remote Management of all the devices with features ranging from remote reboot to OTA to troubleshooting
- They also had a requirement of supporting voice commands via Amazon Alexa

- Redesigned and redeveloped Device software based to support device discovery, cloud connectivity and cloud agent to facilitate remote access to device
- Device component for collecting diagnostics for remote troubleshooting
- End to end cloud support based on open source cloud to perform device management and support voice commands
- Developed Remote Management System from scratch to work with open source cloud for remote debugging
- Intelligent anomaly detection and generating Email based Alerts
- Multiple Amazon Alexa Skills to suit the different customer scenarios
- OTA manager to support device software upgrades in phases and faster with downtime of less than 2 minutes. It also supported revert and retry functions
- Support for API integration for seamless adaptation in home based entertainment devices ecosystem
